Pro-Health/Anti-Oppression/ Anti-Competition

Health, safety, harassment and discrimination incidents take place in the many "workplace(s)" for comedy workers, which includes: performers, technicians, servers, managers, producers, patrons, and peers; in clubs, theatres, green rooms, hotels, condos, cars, front of house bars, writing rooms, and on-set. What are the immediate and long-term options to minimize toxic cultures and maximize creative cultures? Plus, what is our industry approach to Freedom of Expression? And what about freedom to work wherever we can and be paid what we’re owed, without fears of repercussions?
